Who We Want

Lead and scale client acquisition marketing efforts to drive measurable growth and qualified prospect engagement. Translate enterprise strategy into actionable marketing plans that deliver strong ROI and AUM impact. Partner cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance, enhance lead quality, and ensure operational excellence across acquisition channels. Analyze performance data to generate insights, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement. Develop clear, executive-ready communications that align stakeholders and support strategic outcomes.

What To Expect

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead and coordinate multi-channel client acquisition campaigns to drive growth. Align campaign execution with broader business objectives and enterprise strategy. Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing and approving marketing assets prior to deployment.
  • Performance Management & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Optimize paid media performance and channel investment to maximize ROI and AUM impact. Use testing, feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget & Partner Management: Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and investment strategies to ensure disciplined spending. Oversee paid media and aggregator partner performance, including onboarding, optimization, and expansion. Resolve operational issues such as refunds and support geographic targeting strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including contact center, data, and technology partners, to ensure effective lead flow, routing, and qualification standards. Support training, onboarding, and enablement efforts for new partners and campaigns.
  • Business Reviews & Reporting: Lead preparation and analysis for Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews (WBRs/MBRs). Translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans. Develop executive-ready presentations to communicate strategy, performance, and value.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Design and implement scalable processes to support campaign execution and partner management. Navigate ambiguity while providing clear direction and accountability. Leverage project management tools to manage workflows and timelines effectively.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or client acquisition required.
  • Experience managing multi-channel, performance-driven marketing programs required.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Power BI preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel required.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders required.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations required.

The Total Rewards Expected For This Role Include

  • Starting annual base salary between $65,000 - 100,000.
  • Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)

Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
