What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - CLIENT TEAM position at Carson Design Associates?
As an Account Coordinator on our Facility & Workplace Management Client Team, you will be a positive, dynamic and proactive individual, who possesses strong technical, data management and organizational skills.
To be successful in this role you’ll need the following qualities:
- Critical thinker - able to look at big picture and plot out how to get from point A to point Z
- Information management is imperative to the success of the account
- Attention to detail and quality control important to role
The day-to-day role will require the following skills and experience:
- Working with data/numbers and spreadsheets for metrics reporting and tracking spreadsheets
- Creating templates and reference materials for role related tasks
- Tactical aspects to support the strategic role of the Client Account Manager
- Administrative support
This core role would encompass the following specifically to the Client Account:
- manage data and developing metrics
- prepare presentations and project proposals
- identify and integrating process improvement solutions as it pertains to information management
- invoice review and reconciliation
- liaison to main office operations team
Software utilized:
REQUIRED PROFICIENCY IN
- MS Office Suite
- Emphasis on Excel
EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS IN
- BlueBeam
- Serraview
- Deltek Ajera
