Job Overview
This is a contract-to-hire position that will convert to Direct Hire in a maximum of 60 days IF expectations and performance are exceeded!
We are seeking 4(2 day shift/2 night shift) energetic and detail-oriented Group Leader/Supervisor for Technical Cleaning to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple facilities. This leadership role is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency within a variety of environments, including hospitality, commercial, and institutional settings. As a supervisor, you will lead a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your expertise in janitorial services, management, and hospitality will drive excellence in our cleaning operations. These 4 individuals will work a rotating schedule.
Schedule:
This position will have a Pitman Schedule 12-hour shifts with a 2-week rotation 14-day cycle (2 days on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off). Our client is going to be expected to support 24/7/365 operations

Schedule Day Shift SV 1 6am to 6pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday)
Schedule Day Shift SV 2 6am to 6pm (Thursday, Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Schedule Night Shift SV 1 6pm to 6am (Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday)
Schedule Night Shift SV 2 6pm to 6am (Thursday, Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of our client.

- Effectively manages the planning and completion of the clients scope of work (SOW).
- Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager and customer.
- Incorporates "PDCA" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine.
- Focuses on resource utilization, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across designated sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols
- Lead, motivate, and develop cleaning teams by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and coverage
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards are met or exceeded
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance
- Address customer or client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Implement best practices for commercial cleaning, laundry services, custodial duties, and hotel housekeeping operations
- Evaluate team members and recommend/deliver training to improve performance.
- Timely completion of all required Leadec and customer reports.
- Actively attends all required meetings.
- Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
- All other duties as assigned by client site director and management team.

Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Previous experience in supervision or management is preferred.
- Must possess a strong customer service mentality.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:
- Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
- Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
