Who We Want
The Training Consultant will assist team members in providing training to financial advisors and their office staff on Carson processes, procedures and online systems. This role will provide training in a variety of formats to exceed the expectations of our financial advisors. This includes analyzing the training needs of a practice, creating formal training plans, facilitating in person and webinar based training sessions, and helping maintain our suite of online training resources.
What To Expect
Assist with the administration of training delivery tools including content creation, delivery of materials, and usage tracking.
Manage training needs for a specific business region.
Develop training materials in a variety of formats (videos, how-to documents, LMS courses, etc.).
Facilitate delivery of webinar based training sessions.
Assist with the analysis of an advisors practice from a technology and operational standpoint.
Deliver on site and virtual training to new partner offices and their staff.
Work with Wealth Advisors to create practice efficiencies in technology and operations.
Develop and document best practices for Wealth Advisors.
Work with internal departments to continuously develop and maintain training materials.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations if necessary.
Assist with administration within an LMS system.
What You Need
Knowledge of Contact Management Systems (i.e. Goldmine, Redtail, SalesForce, etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
Analytical, research and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Planning and organizational skills
Project and time management skills
Manage multiple projects with precision
Written and verbal communication skills
Travel as needed
Preferred Experience & Educations
3+ years of experience in training or employee development
3+ years of experience in the financial industry is required

The total rewards expected for this role include:
Starting annual base salary between $50,000 -$66,200
Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
