What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reconditioning manager/Lot Tech position at CarSimple?
We are looking for a motivated and attentive indivual to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the presentation of our vehicle lot and ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle movements both on-site and off-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of the vehicle inventory, driving vehicles to various locations, and assisting with general lot management tasks.
Requirments:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Navigate and update spreadsheets(google sheets) and learn and use necessary management software.
- Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent walking, standing, and moving vehicles.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.30 per hour
