Collision Estimator / Auto Body Asst Manager

Up to $116,000 per year (salary commission) relocation assistance
C.A.R.S. / Colorado AutoBody, proudly serving the Roaring Fork Valley for over 22 years, is seeking an experienced and energized Auto Body Assistant Manager / Collision Estimator to join our professional team at our high-production collision repair facility in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator or production professional looking to advance into a leadership role while living in one of Colorado’s most desirable mountain communities.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Greet customers, answer phones, and manage front-office communication
- Provide repair status updates and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Collect payments from customers and insurance companies
Estimating & Production Coordination
- Write accurate collision repair estimates and supplements using CCC ONE
- Work closely with technicians to ensure estimates match repair requirements
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to secure approvals and supplements
- Monitor vehicle progress to maintain cycle time and delivery schedules
Vehicle Intake & Documentation
- Inspect, photograph, and check in vehicles for repair
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and work files
Parts & Administrative Support
- Order, receive, and track parts and repair materials
- Complete general administrative and documentation tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior collision repair estimating or assistant manager experience preferred
- Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes, supplements, and insurance procedures
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and production workflow
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $116,000 annually (salary commission) depending on experience
