Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our busy auto detailing business. This role involves managing office tasks, assisting with scheduling, handling customer communication, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office organization
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist customers with inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow
- Handle invoicing, receipts, and data entry using QuickBooks
- Maintain records and assist with basic bookkeeping
- Support the team with general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive or service industry.
- Spanish speaking is preferred.
Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
