About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer to own and evolve the engine at the core of Carry: Money Movement. You'll help us build, scale, and refine the systems that move millions of dollars across banking, crypto, and retirement products.This role is perfect for a product-minded engineer who loves.
What You'll Do
- Design and build new investment products, including everything from real-time crypto trading to personalized financial plans
- Own features end-to-end—writing PRDs, creating TDDs, planning tests, and delivering to product
- Build new portfolio analytics and dashboards to help users understand and optimize their investments
- Automate key operations workflows so we can scale to thousands of customers
- Set the standard for code quality and mentor teammates as we grow
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of Python development experience in production environments
- Experience owning and maintaining live services, including monitoring, alerting, and deployment
- Strong experience with relational databases like PostgrSQL
- Bonus: direct experience building money movement or payment systems

Compensation
- Salary: $175,000 - $190,000 (NYC)
