Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20 – $24 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (30 hours/week) or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible shifts based on your availability

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress
Collaborate with families and team members
Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications
Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Previous experience with ABA or children is a plus (not required)
Must pass background check
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
