Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Opportunity with Carry On Therapy
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Carry On Therapy in Martin, TN. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Job Summary:
At Carry On Therapy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Our RBTs play a crucial role in delivering individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral interventions and skill-building activities
- Monitor client progress and report data to BCBAs and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives
Requirements:
- Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation:
Competitive salary range: $20 - $24 WEEKLY
