Overview
We are seeking a client-focused Financial Assistant to serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting their day-to-day account needs while partnering closely with our advisory team. This role is ideal for someone who values high-touch service, accuracy, and relationship building in a boutique wealth-management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct contact for clients via phone, email, and in person regarding account questions and service requests
- Process money-movement transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, wires, and ACH requests in accordance with firm and custodian procedures
- Open and maintain client accounts, including onboarding documentation, updates, and ongoing maintenance
- Coordinate with custodians and internal team members to resolve service issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all client activity is handled with precision, confidentiality, and regulatory awareness
- Proactively follow up on outstanding requests to deliver a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a client service or financial assistant role within wealth management, brokerage, or advisory services
- Strong understanding of account types, money-movement workflows, and client service best practices
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort speaking directly with clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
