General Position Summary
As an Account Relationship Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand, serving as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will guide clients through product options, provide solutions tailored to their needs, and build lasting relationships that drive customer loyalty and business success.
Essential Functions

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide expert-level support on product selection, order processing, returns, and general inquiries.
- Recommend products and solutions that align with customer needs.
- Proactively manage relationships through outbound calling campaigns, including product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and data validation.
- Facilitate upsells and cross-sells during inbound and outbound interactions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and services.
- Document all interactions and follow-ups accurately in CRM and order management systems.

Education
High School Diploma/GED
Experience
§ 2 years of customer service experience
§ 2 years of Inbound and outbound call experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience navigating phone systems, CRM platforms, and order entry tools.
- Ability to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Prior experience working in eCommerce, distribution, or a B2B/B2C hybrid environment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
