The Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining quality, service and cleanliness of the restaurant during his/her assigned shift by enforcing established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant for complete shifts
- Directs and coordinates their team
- Implements policies
- Completes daily paperwork
- Ensures proper restaurant standards are met
- Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift up to 40 pounds
