WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage inventory, monitor costs, and ensure equipment maintenance and cash control procedures are followed.
• Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service with speed, accuracy, and friendliness in a clean environment.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to boost restaurant performance.
• Lead the team to meet product prep, speed of service, and brand standards.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Must be 18 years old
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience (management a plus)
• Understanding of P&L and profitability
• Strong leadership and guest service skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
