Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer based in Tampa, FL. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs, evaluating financial information, and advising on suitable loan products. Daily tasks will include loan origination, underwriting coordination, and providing comprehensive customer service to ensure a seamless lending experience. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful loan processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in loan origination and working as a Loan Officer
- Knowledge of finance and underwriting processes
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Familiarity with VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan products
- Proficiency with mortgage software and technology tools
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
- Valid mortgage loan originator (MLO) license in Florida
