Carrollwood Care Center is hiring for a RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our team!
The Unit Manager oversees patients and manages the nursing team of our facility. The Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care and services provided on the assigned unit while adhering to the standards of care for assigned Residents/Patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Florida RN or LPN License, Required
- Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of skilled nursing/long-term care procedures
- Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
- Team management skills
- Great communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
