Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our animal hospital, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet clients as they arrive with their pets, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of clients throughout their visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- Previous experience a plus but will train
