Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart seeks a strategic, highly organized, and mission-driven Director of Advancement Operations to lead the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of the School’s advancement programs.
The Director collaborates with school leadership, trustees, volunteers, faculty, staff, alumnae, parents, and community stakeholders to strengthen philanthropic support and advance Carrollton’s mission and Sacred Heart values.
Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Advancement Operations serves as the operational leader of the Advancement Office, ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment of all advancement functions, including fundraising operations, annual giving, campaign administration, constituent engagement, stewardship, volunteer management, events, and advancement services.
As the operational architect behind Carrollton’s philanthropic efforts, the Director develops and manages the systems, processes, people, and infrastructure that support fundraising success. While the President leads donor strategy, relationship management, and solicitations, the Director ensures that advancement initiatives are executed with excellence, accountability, and measurable results.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five to seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in advancement operations, nonprofit management, fundraising administration, events, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, managing staff, and executing complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Strong expertise in advancement services, gift administration, donor databases, reporting, and CRM management.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational planning.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential donor and institutional information.
