Carroll Water is a family-owned company with over 40 years of experience providing water well and water treatment solutions. We are seeking a Water Treatment Technician to join our team and support installation, service, and maintenance of residential and commercial systems.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems, including:
- Water softeners
- Acid neutralizers
- Reverse osmosis systems
- Filtration systems and related equipment
- Interact with customers in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Document service calls, customer interactions, and system performance
- Assist with training and mentoring apprentices or helpers
- Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or plumbing-related systems
- Knowledge of water treatment, plumbing, or related field preferred
- Ability to identify and safely use tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
- Willingness to participate in weekend or on-call rotation as needed
- Ability to travel to job sites within the service area
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs)
- Ability to stand, bend, and remain active for extended periods during work shifts
Work Environment
- Field-based role at residential, commercial, and job site locations
- Exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions
