Part-Time Lead Generation / Customer Service Representative

Carroll Water is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll represent our brand inside retail locations and community events, helping homeowners learn about solutions for cleaner, healthier water.

What You’ll Do
- Represent Carroll Water at retail locations, events, and promotional setups
- Engage shoppers in friendly, professional conversation
- Educate customers on the benefits of residential water treatment systems
- Collect and qualify customer interest for follow-up by our sales team
- Provide a positive and informative customer experience
- Share customer feedback with internal teams

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required)
- Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts (up to approximately 8 hours)
- Ability to lift, carry, and set up promotional materials (up to approximately 50 lbs)
Work Environment
- Retail store locations and event-based settings
- Interaction with the general public in a face-to-face environment
Work Location
- In-person role at assigned retail or event locations
- Must be able to travel to assigned sites within the region
