Carroll Water is a locally owned, established company (since 1983) specializing in water treatment solutions for homeowners. We are growing and looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to work with pre-qualified, company-provided leads—no cold calling required.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
- Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend solutions
- Present and sell water treatment systems
- Build trust and provide a high-quality customer experience
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by our marketing team
Schedule
- Pre-set appointments provided (no prospecting required)
- Typical workload: 40–50 appointments per month
- Availability required for evenings and Saturdays
- No Sunday appointments
Compensation & Benefits
- Top performers earn $150,000 annually
- Base salary commission during training
- Transition to uncapped commission structure
- Bi-weekly pay
