Carroll Water is a growing, locally owned company seeking a reliable CDL Driver / Laborer to join our team. This role combines commercial driving responsibilities with hands-on labor, supporting our water treatment and well drilling operations.

What You’ll Do
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
- Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Support field crews with installation, setup, and general labor tasks
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Typical hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
- Home daily (no overnight travel required)

Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record
- Ability to meet DOT requirements

- Strong work ethic and reliability
