What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
- Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend solutions
- Present and sell water treatment systems
- Build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team
- Pre-set appointments provided (no prospecting required)
- Typical workload: 40–50 appointments per month
- Availability required for evenings and Saturdays
- No Sunday appointments
- Top performers earn $150,000 annually
- Base salary commission during training
- Transition to uncapped commission structure

- Ability to use hands and arms to demonstrate products and complete paperwork or electronic documentation
- Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment (up to approximately 25–30 lbs, as needed)
Work Environment
- Field-based role working in residential customer homes
- Frequent interaction with customers
