Join Our Team at Carroll Lutheran Village! We’re currently seeking dedicated Full-Time Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. These positions will be 7:00am-7:00pm working in our Skilled Nursing Healthcare Center.

GNAs are a part of a dedicated team that delivers quality care and support to residents. To be eligible for this position, you must have a GNA certification. A CNA only license is not accepted for this position.

What You'll Do as a CLV GNA:
- Provide residents with high quality daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner.

Why We Want You On Our Team – You’ll Bring:
- Must hold a current certification and GNA license
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with older adult residents
- Ability to listen attentively is essential
- A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
- Previous experience developing relationships and interacting with older adult residents to increase their comfort level
- Prior knowledge organizing social activities for older adult residents is a plus
- Current CPR Certification
