Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.49/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (10-Hour Shifts)

As a Residential Technician, you will:
- Supervise and support residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Uphold our mission of creating pathways to brighter futures for at-risk individuals.
- Help residents adjust by providing orientation and guiding them through daily tasks.
- Ensure compliance by enforcing policies, maintaining documentation, and managing incident reports.
- Conduct property searches for contraband and ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Perform urine collection for drug screenings when required.
- Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to create a positive, welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals in need.
- At least one year of recovery experience if applicable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and handle the physical demands of the role.
- Comfort with performing drug screenings and property searches to maintain a safe environment.
