Position Type: Full-Time
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in site civil or municipal design
- Proficient in using AutoCAD Civil 3D for municipal type project.
- Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is preferred
- Design tasks include stormwater and detention basin, and infrastructure rehabilitation, various state and local permitting
- Report preparation
- Preparation of permit applications
- Review of subdivision plans and utility plans submitted by developers for approval
- Review development plans for conformance with local ordinances, including subdivision and land development, zoning, grading, stormwater, escrow accounts, construction administration
