Rebar Fabricator Manager Needed!
Carroll Construction Supply is hiring staff to work in the rebar fabrication area. The position involves managing a team as well as scheduling, bidding, and sales. A good worker and shop assistant with a positive attitude also needs to speak a little English. Carroll Construction Supply sells a full line of concrete forming systems, foundation supplies, construction equipment, contractor supplies, and rebar fabrication. Carroll is known as a fair, honest & team-oriented company and has recently become an employee-owned company that has grown to over 35 locations spread across 12 states. Additional Requirements to be Considered:
- Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is a must
- Extremely motivated with leadership skills
- Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key
- Ability to lead and participate effectively as a team member.
- Works well with a team, strong communication, and strong math skills are a must
