Job Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Perform Expanded Function duties as licensed (for EFDA candidates).
• Document patient records accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op instructions, and treatment planning.
• Support front office team as needed with scheduling and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or EFDA with valid state credentials.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Radiology certification as required by the state.
• Minimum of 1 year chairside experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
