We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide professional administrative, program, communications, and organizational support across our three community-focused organizations.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, AI tools, and online applications
- Can maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Brings a professional, positive, and dependable approach to the workplace
High school diploma or equivalent required. Administrative, small business, nonprofit, government, economic development, customer-service, or related experience preferred.
