What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate resident care and oversee daily unit needs
- Administer or supervise medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure quality care
- Lead and support your team with strong communication and organization
- Licensed RN or LPN in NH (or Compact License)
- CPR certification (IV certification preferred but not required)
- Leadership skills, compassion, and teamwork
- Nursing experience preferred, but not required
- NEW Competitive Pay Rates based on experience
- Shift & weekend differentials (up to $4/hr)
- Overtime & holiday pay
- Up to 14 paid holidays (with floating options)
