What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nutrition Manager position at Carroll County High School?
Primary function is to manage the food service program in the school assigned according to federal, state, and local policies. Also, to serve well-balanced, nutritious meals to students, and to promote the educational aspects of the program to students, teachers, and the community.
The manager will supervise, instruct, and assist employees in food preparation, serving, and the sanitation process. The manager will conduct evaluations of cafeteria personnel in accordance with regulations and policies, as well as plan and implement work schedules for all food service employees. The manager will also be responsible for all necessary records with regards to food, equipment, meals served, and invetories of food, supplies, payroll and other related items.
This is an eight hour per day position. The length of the contract will be determined by the Carroll County School Board.
Salary : $19 - $22
