Millwright/Utility Repair Person
What you can expect:
- Starting Pay $25.00/per hour (more based on experience).
- Relocation Assistance is available for the right candidate.

What you will do:
- General maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery.
- Willingness to work occasional overnight shifts and travel requiring overnight stays, as business needs arise.
- Focus on maintaining/repairing machine guarding.
- Installation/maintenance/repair work on multiple types of bin gate systems and turrets.
- Welding and fabricating.
- Basic Fabrication/welding work (heavy focus on Stick with small amounts of MIG work) on metal structures around the concrete plant.
- Precision fabrication/welding work inside of aggregate bins.
- Assist with training personnel in proper operation and maintenance around the Plant.
- Assist with performing preventive maintenance tasks according to established maintenance schedules.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing issues and suggest courses of action for repair.
- Travel between our Ready Mix Concrete plants.
