If you have a hobby that requires fine detail work—like assembling PCs, gaming, sewing, crafting, or working on small mechanical parts—you already have the basic skills we are looking for. We will teach you the rest!
What You Will Learn & Do (Primary Responsibilities)
- Precision Assembly: Learn how to strip, crimp, and connect wires to build custom cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.
- Soldering: Receive hands-on training to perform precision soldering for clean, professional connections.
- Tool Operation: Safely learn to use automated wire cutters, pneumatic tools, and molding presses.
- Quality Inspections: Use magnifying glasses and basic measurement tools to check your work, making sure every finished piece looks clean and matches the instructions perfectly.
- Safety & Testing: Plug finished cables to make sure electricity flows through them perfectly before they go to the customer.
- Focus on Detail: Catch small mistakes at your station before products are shipped, ensuring top-tier quality.
