We’re looking for a Line Cook to join our Ken’s Diner team on a full-time basis. In this role, you are responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner under the direction of the Head Chef.

We’re looking for a Line Cook to join our Ken’s Diner team on a full-time basis. In this role, you are responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner under the direction of the Head Chef.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and plate cold foods following menu guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including the Rational Oven.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and meet safety/sanitation standards.
- Support chefs with meal prep for daily service and special events.
- Help with dishwashing, garbage, and food deliveries as needed.
- Stay organized and ready to assist with upcoming tasks.
- One (1) year experience working in a similar setting (required).
- Basic Food Safety (required).
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, WHMIS, Food Safety.
- Familiar with use of kitchen equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to Prep food items according to production lists and menu requirements.
