Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Student Finance Associate to join our team at Carrington College in Mesa, AZ. In this on-site role, you will guide students and their families through the financial aid process, including explaining available options, assisting in completing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to address student inquiries. Collaboration with internal teams to support the overall student experience will also be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial aid processes, including student loan programs and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and explain financial information clearly
- Organizational and problem-solving skills for managing detailed documentation and addressing financial concerns
- Proficiency in office and financial software applications to handle data entry and reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in higher education or financial services is a plus
