Role Purpose

• This position offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to make a significant impact within Carrier CHVAC.

Role Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

• Integrate vertical marketing initiatives to deliver customer centric messaging and solutions.
• Develop global service marketing strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and growth priorities.
  
  

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Lead global and vertical campaigns ensuring cultural and sector relevance. Manage external vendors and oversee creative briefs, approvals, and ensure adherence to WHQ brand standards.
  
  

Insights and Analytics

• Research on market trends and customer needs. Use insights to refine messaging, identify growth opportunities and advance data-driven decisions.
  
  

Content Development & Vendor Management

• Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials tailored for specific personals including collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content. Manage external vendors for technical content creation.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Verticals and Service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
• 10 years of experience in B2B marketing
• 5 years of experience working within vertical marketing strategies
• 5 years of experience with campaign management including KPIs and metrics
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business
• Highly preferred strong experience with CRMs (Salesforce, hubspot, etc)
• Highly preferred strong experience with ABM campaigns
• HVAC, Building Automation, digital solutions, or related industries experience
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
