Project Manager, Procurement

We are seeking a highly experience Project Manager, Procurement expert to drive project governance, delivery oversight, reporting excellence and process standardization across the Japan factories and implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• PMO role
• PMO Governance
• Dashboard Management
• Project & Program Management
• Category Manager role for Compressor parts category
• Team management to 2 direct reports
• Build Category strategy and align with cross functional team
• Business Continuity Plan
• KPI management:
  
  

Material productivity.

Dual sourcing target,

Payment term etc.

Key requirement

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimally 5 years in supply chain management experience
• Strong understanding and background of project management
• Strong communication skill with cross functional team, and multi task management skill
• Excellent reporting, analytical and communication skills
• Hybrid working location is required between Tokyo and Fuji offices
• Business level English and Japanese is required. TOEIC:>750
