- Create a clean, organized and safe working environment for all employees.

- Balance safety, morale, quality, productivity, and cost to achieve positive outcomes in all areas, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute daily plans considering vacations, scheduled & unscheduled absenteeism, and overtime within budget and adhering to company policies.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies as needed using the plant's inventory management system.
- Ensure accurate records and timely approval for team members' hours worked.
- Ensure each person on shift is trained and knows how to do their job correctly according to work instructions.
- Monitor personnel performance and develop actions to enhance their skills, knowledge, and motivation.
- Execute the production schedule and coordinate manpower needs accordingly.
- Facilitate continuous improvement efforts for the shift using the plant's Carrier Excellence methodology.
- A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in production supervision, or an Associate Degree with 2 years of experience in production supervision.
- 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office programs in a manufacturing environment.
- The ability to accomplish goals using a team-based approach.
- The ability to develop talent from within the team.
- The ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing tools and methodology.
