Role Responsibilities
- Analyzing data to support decision-making or project development
- Delivering presentations or updates on assigned work
- Shadowing professionals to understand workflows and industry practices
- Conducting market or competitor research for strategic insights
- Supporting cross-functional teams on ongoing projects
- Enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects that reduce waste, improve safety, and boost productivity.
- Gain exposure to manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, and quality control tools, preparing you for future roles in operations or engineering.
- Optimize production workflows by assisting in process mapping, time studies, and lean initiatives.
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Basic proficiency in relevant tools or software, such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, or industry-specific platforms.
- Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills especially in cross-functional environments
