I'm excited to share that we're hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our Air-Cooled Value Stream at Carrier's Charlotte manufacturing facility. We're looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about developing people while driving operational excellence.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers
• Drive productivity, quality, and throughput improvements across assembly operations
• Support automation, controls, MES, and manufacturing technology initiatives
• Lead equipment reliability and process optimization efforts
• Partner closely with operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and product engineering teams
• Play a key role in supporting new technologies and the future growth of our business
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability. Experience with PLCs, manufacturing systems, lean principles, continuous improvement, and complex assembly operations will position you for success.
