Role Responsibilities
- Assist in process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Support design and implementation of manufacturing fixtures, tools, and equipment.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Help develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
