This role is central to driving performance, enabling growth, and translating complexity into actionable insight. You’ll lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and analytics, helping senior leadership make confident, data-driven decisions that directly impact customer value and business agility.

About This Role

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual operating plan, long-range planning (1-5 years), and rolling forecast processes across all 11 business units. Engaging with stakeholders across all BUs
- Performance Management: Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor business performance and drive accountability.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with BU leaders and executive management to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
- Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Build robust models to evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization strategies, and risk scenarios.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and/or FP&A
- Prior people leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage planning cycles across multiple business units with varying operating models.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent in enterprise planning tools, especially Hyperion/HFM, SAP, and Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
