Job Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling general duties, including but not limited to, showroom sales, phone sales, order entry, price quotations, loading/unloading trucks, shipping and receiving of parts and equipment, stocking of products in the showroom and warehouse.
- Taking out garbage, Cleaning bathrooms, Vacuuming floors
- Promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our dealer network and mechanical contractors.
- Working closely with CGL departments and outside vendors.
- Utilizing positive communication skills.
- Providing superior customer service to our customers.
Requirements:
- 2 years in HVAC industry.
- Able to lift 70 pounds.
- Self-motivated with organizational skills
- Experience in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with contractors and dealers, especially in the residential and/or commercial HVAC industry.
- Knowledge of a distribution environment with counter experience.
- Ability to work with Infor SX, SAP, and other ERP business systems.
Background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen are required.
