OBJECTIVE

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate sales related to HVAC replacement and retrofit equipment, system upgrade products, aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories in an assigned account list.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality maintenance & purchasing departments and service contractors. Share the value proposition and develop solutions that leads to sales growth and long-term customer year over year repeat business.
- Work closely with national account team to implement contracts and national group purchasing agreements.
- Analyze the territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs.
- Implement the CE Sales Management Process, identify a robust pipeline by developing opportunities that produce sales growth.
- Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales growth.
