Summary
The National Accounts Manager drives growth across our national accounts program supporting PE Firms/Consolidators and National Contractors. This role requires managing complex, multi-site customer relationships while leading new account acquisition and implementation across multiple US regions. This position demands a self-motivated, results-driven professional with exceptional communication skills, an established HVAC market network, and the flexibility to travel 50%-60%. ( Salary 140k)
Responsibilities
AA/AS degree in Business, Marketing or related field desired. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales revenue and EBIT performance objectives for the national accounts program across all participating US Carrier Enterprise regions and e-commerce platforms
- Drive new account acquisition and implementation to expand the national accounts customer base and generate incremental revenue growth
- Manage complex, multi-site customer relationships and own the complete sales process from qualification through deal closure in collaboration with regional teams
- Promote the Carrier Enterprise National Accounts program to targeted named account prospects and customers while ensuring performance expectations are consistently met
- Support CE regions, resellers, and customers through training events focused on e-commerce utilization, product expansion, and category growth opportunities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for the Carrier Enterprise national accounts program to drive standardization and market penetration
- Utilize Business Intelligence reporting tools and Salesforce to monitor performance metrics, standardize national account reporting, and identify growth opportunities
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the HVAC market to support long-term account development and program success
- Minimum 5 years of large regional or national account B2B sales experience, preferably within the HVAC or distribution industry, with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong written communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strategic sales mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly gather facts, make sound decisions, and adjust approach based on results
- Established professional network within the HVAC market; self-starter with high energy, enthusiasm, and passion for sales in an entrepreneurial environment
- Flexibility to travel up to 50%-60% and participate in evening and weekend events; ability to quickly absorb new product training material and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-regional organization
