Essential Functions
- Own and manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, document notes, and track action items
- Assist with resource coordination and task tracking across project teams
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or delays as needed
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates for stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Support scope, schedule, and budget tracking
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
- Perform additional tasks as needed
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, or a related role (or equivalent experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred but not required
- Experience managing IT projects, system and network implementations, or technology-driven initiatives preferred
- Familiarity with project management concepts or methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
