We have an immediate opportunity for a part-time, Monday through Friday Office Assistant at our Oakland location. The Office Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to our office team

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience handling administrative tasks
- Open to learning and able to work independently
- Takes direction well and follows through on tasks
- Proficient in creating and maintaining Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Google documents
- Able to communicate well
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Have a valid Driver's License
Job Duties
- Answer phones and doors courteously
- Prepare and coordinate documents for weekly team meetings and events
- Create and maintain documents using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Place orders and receive deliveries
- Maintain neatness of printer area and supply closet
- Run errands such as event deliveries, will-call returns, rental pick-ups, lunch, etc
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
