We have an immediate opportunity for a part-time, Monday through Friday Office Assistant at our Oakland location. The Office Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to our office team

Our ideal candidate takes ownership of their responsibilities and has a friendly and positive demeanor.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience handling administrative tasks
  • Open to learning and able to work independently
  • Takes direction well and follows through on tasks
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Google documents
  • Able to communicate well
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Have a valid Driver's License

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and doors courteously
  • Prepare and coordinate documents for weekly team meetings and events
  • Create and maintain documents using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Place orders and receive deliveries
  • Maintain neatness of printer area and supply closet
  • Run errands such as event deliveries, will-call returns, rental pick-ups, lunch, etc
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
