We are looking for Managing Partner at our Greenlawn NE Cemetery, Bakersfield, California. We’re looking for a high-caliber leader ready to take full ownership of a well-established, high-performing location. Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 base significant annual & long-term incentives

Location: Greenlawn Northeast Cemetery

• Oversee facilities, grounds, and overall presentation

What You Bring

• 5 years of funeral home and/or cemetery management experience
• Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer (or ability to reciprocate in California)
• Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience
• A proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
• Experience in cemetery operations and sales
• A self-starter mindset with strong accountability and problem-solving skills
• An entrepreneurial approach—you think like an owner, not an employee
