Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as ordered by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and other members of the healthcare team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:
Current Michigan Registered Nurse license
