Responsibilities
Safely transport residents to and from the facility and other destinations as needed
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and the general public
Manage and prioritize routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including logs and reports
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support and communication
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Clean Motor Vehicle Report
25 years or older, per insurance carrier requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
